Tray Cloths

I stitched these cloths with a free hand, and a free mind, unlike the woman who carefully worked on the original tray cloth.

‘Role Models I wish I had Had’ is stitched on a cloth I originally made when I was 9 or 10. I did not (then) question the desirability of embroidering crinoline ladies
